IFM Group is an Industrial Maintenance company based in Cockburn WA. We specialise in Civil, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical works and we contract to some of WA’s most reputable mining organisations and growers.

We are seeking experienced Trade Assistants/ Labourers to join our expanding operation as we take on further contracts.

The current positions can be available on a casual or fulltime contract. Hours can range depending on the specific scope of works and site requirements for existing projects.

**The successful applicant/s will possess the following**:

- Previous labouring experience in industrial or commercial maintenance.
- Fit and able to carry out manual labour (The job role often requires heavy lifting)
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and lead others.
- Keen understanding of regulations, procedures, and industry safety requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Have a neat & tidy appearance.
- Have a proactive approach to safety requirements.
- Pass drug and alcohol testing.
- Have valid Australian Drivers Licence.

The successful applicant will need to have the ability to be flexible with their approach to work hours & duties. It is essential our tradespeople can diversify and have experience across multiple services within our team and possess strong team work ethics.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
