**Now, a bit about the role**:
This role will report to the Team Leader - Multimedia and is a part of the Communications and Creative team, being responsible for crafting engaging videos and marketing communications assets which:
The Video Multimedia Specialist also contributes creativity and ideas to their Visual Design Team colleagues and other projects within the Communications and Creative Department, enhancing their colleagues’ collective creative output, energy and innovation.
As part of your role, you will;
- Produce, shoot and create audio and video assets that play a crucial role in the telling of veterans stories and promoting our service
- .Maintain templates and resources to ensure consistent and accurate brand expression across all marketing and broader organisational programs and projects
- Produce marketing and communications assets to the required brands standards of effectiveness, quality and creativity.
- Work with the business to develop concepts and produce marketing collateral in response to briefs and strategy documents ensuring alignment to marketing plans
- Deliver high levels of attention to detail, working closely with all internal teams to ensure fit-for-purpose multimedia outputs that fill the briefing requirements.

**Tools for Success**:

- Technology Acumen
- Proficiency with video cameras essential.
- Proficiency with digital photography essential.
- Editing & colour grading within Adobe Premiere Pro essential.
- Location and studio lighting for video and photography ideal.
- 2D Animation in Adobe After Effects ideal.
- 3D modelling (Blender) beneficial.
- Production management experience necessary.
- Ability to direct shoots on location necessary.
- Graphic design skills within Adobe Creative Suite ideal.
