The successful applicant will be based at The Lake Munmorah Doctors Surgery.
- **Experience with Best Practice Software**:

- Previous Medical reception experience
- Genuine customer service focus and a confident, caring and professional manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritising patient care and work calmly in a busy and challenging environment
- Strong communication, excellent phone manner, confidentiality and attention to detail are a must
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility with roster
