**Assistant, Property Underwriter**

**YOUR ROLE**
This is a brand-new role responsible for assisting the Business unit to underwrite and process Property business in order to achieve profit, growth and retention targets in line with the strategic objectives. The position will also be responsible in building and maintaining strong relationships that delivers excellent customer experiences.

This a full-time permanent opportunity and would be suitable for recent graduates, or those interested in pursuing a career in insurance. We’re looking for applicants based in
**Melbourne**.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrate exceptional time management and attention to detail by ensuring accuracy in delivering delegated tasks.
- Process and manage Property Policy adjustments, new business, and renewals via internal and broker platforms.
- Operate within team structures and workflow systems.
- Update data collection systems.
- Generate and distribute claims reports to internal and external customers.
- Action monthly credit control reports.
- Attend external customer meetings as required.
