Guest Relations Coordinator

**What this job involves**:
Based in one of Australia’s signature platinum-grade buildings in Perth's CBD, your main objective will be to maintain an outstanding level of service in Facilities support services. You’ll be based on site, it’s the best way to oversee operations within the Service Centre and building to give our client consistent high level service.
**A snapshot of your responsibilities**:
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
Provide local area inductions to visitors and company personnel
Coordinate Couriers, Mail and Fax Services
Be the professional face of the client organisation
Ensuring safe and compliant facilities are maintained at all times
Meeting room management
To support the delivery of best practice Switchboard and Reception Services
Billing and invoicing
Vendor management
Provide ad-hoc cover to the reception desk and related responsibilities when required
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
You’ll have a minimum of three years’ experience in Facilities or administration within a similar corporate high volume environment. You’ll be a confident and highly presentable individual who presents a professional, corporate image who demonstrates a proactive & professional approach to customer service. We’re looking for a self-motivated starter who can work independently as well as in a team and has a proven ability to prioritise and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner.
