Guest Services/Function Coordinator

**What is the role?**

General administrative duties

Checking in guests, taking bookings and checking in tour groups

Assist in organizing functions

Support the front and back of house teams in a busy regional venue

**Experience with RMS is highly favorable**

**Do you measure up?Are you a Guest Services Superstar with at least 2-3 years experience, plus**: Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude Have a keen eye with high attention to detail Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
