We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Fire Technician to join our clients Fire Service division based in Perth, WA. The role will require you to be organised, committed to customer service, and wants to be part of a great team culture and working on these exciting and on-going sites.

**napshot of your day**:
- Carry out vehicle fire suppression installation, maintenance and repair fire protection, safety equipment and systems in Perth and surrounding areas.
- Survey customer machines and recommend fire protection, safety systems and equipment.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Mentoring apprentices and trainees.
- Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring market developments, keeping up to date with the latest changes and advances in fire technology and relevant Australian Standards.
- Report works progress and performance by complete productivity and reports.
- Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct, aligned with expectations on ethical behaviour according to company values.
- Complying with company and client HSEQ policies, ethics, and procedures.
**About you**:
- Experienced in Vehicle Fire Suppression Systems and other Fire disciplines.
- A sound knowledge of applicable Australian Standards, relevant to fire suppression systems and protection equipment.
- Certificate II in Fire Protection Inspection and Testing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team.
- An engineering or technical competency, with the ability to complete occupational and industry training and accreditation.
- Strong priortising skills and meeting deadlines.
- Current Drivers licence.
- Flexibility for occasional away work (not mandatory).
