**About the Role**

Are you passionate about clinical research and data management? Join the Haematology Clinical Trials Unit (HCTU) at the Royal Adelaide Hospital as a Data Manager, where you’ll play a key role in advancing life-changing haematology research. This position is responsible for coordinating a range of Registry Projects, including full oversight of operational functions, data governance, and compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements. As a vital member of our team, you’ll provide expert support in the planning, coordination and delivery of registry submissions, documentation and reporting.

You’ll also lead the management of the Normal Bone Marrow Donor Program and collaborate with researchers on projects that contribute to improved patient outcomes and the advancement of scientific knowledge. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a passionate and experienced clinical trials team. **About You**

You are a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional with a strong background in science or health-related disciplines. You thrive in both autonomous and team-based environments and are passionate about contributing to meaningful research outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Health Science, Allied Health or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management, analysis and reporting, ideally within a health or research setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and provide professional advice and reporting.
- Sound knowledge of research methodologies, ethics, and information governance, with demonstrated proficiency in using data systems and software in a health context.
