**About the Role**

The Manager Testing is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Testing Team regarding product and business requirements and the testing of requirements once developed.

The Manager Testing liaises with customers (internal and external) at all levels and needs to lead by example with effective teamwork and communication while also developing client confidence in the full DA product suite.

**You Will be Responsible for**:

- Customer engagement and the understanding of customer business issues
- Providing leadership and coaching across a large team (17) of testing professionals
- Developing testing strategies
- Communicating team status, task accomplishment, and direction
- Coordinating and Managing team logistics
- Project planning and resource management
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related IT field or experience deemed equivalent
- At least 5 years of successfully leadership, development, coaching, and managing teams. providing direction and mentoring to team members
- Minimum of 5 years relevant test and/or BA experience
- Knowledge of software testing procedures and methodologies
- Use of project management tools (e.g., schedule) and methods (e.g., risk and issue management) in a delivery setting
- Experience within Financial Services Industry and exposure to banking system software would be highly desirable.
