**Base Salary $66,212 - $73,085 p.a plus superannuation and annual leave loading.**

**About the role**

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering enquiry management and transactional support to enable the delivery of the Student Services Branch service catalogue for all cohorts across the customer journey.

Through customer focused service delivery, the Customer Service Representative will support a multi-channel approach that maximises the enrolment retention and completion of TAFE NSW students and supports the provision of associated services to other TAFE NSW customers. Working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm.

Our temporary part time position in Broken Hill is 17.5 hours per week Monday
- Friday.

We are also looking to build a Talent Pool for other potential upcoming positions for the below locations.
- Armidale
- Broken Hill
- Casino
- Lismore
- Macksville
- Murwillumbah
- Muswellbrook
- St Leonards
- Wollongbar

**About You**

You'll be able to collaborate effectively and operate as a team member because you have good verbal and writing communication abilities.

In addition, you will have the following:

- Certificate III in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel to nearby learning locations if required.
