Join Our Team as a Purchasing Officer at Singleton Moore Signs

Are you ready to play a crucial role in our company's day-to-day operations? We're seeking a detail-oriented and organised Purchasing Officer to ensure optimal stock levels and maintain excellent supplier relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research potential vendors and evaluate suppliers
- Issue purchase orders for materials, products, and project materials
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing for the best offers
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain up-to-date purchase records and cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for proper storage
- Check inward goods from external suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer
- Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and supply chain procedures
- Worked previously for a manufacturing with Just in Time (JIT) inventory
- Familiarity with Xero Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
