**The Team**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced full time Boardroom Waiter/Client Services Assistant to join a strong and passionate team. As part of the Corporate Services team, the objectives of the Client Services team is to support the lawyers and staff to consolidate the Firm's position in the top tier.

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Client Services Lead and Client Services Team Leader, you will take a 'hands on' involvement with all tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- Set-up catering and delivery of breakfasts, lunches, dinners
- Provide and deliver first class waitering services across office floors as required
- Ensure that meeting rooms are properly set-up
- Provide barista service to meetings
- Provide a high level of service to a range of different event styles including cocktail parties, formal dining, workshops and seminars
- Collaboratively work with the Client Services team to understand event requirements
- Adhere to all firm policies and procedures, in particular confidentiality and OH&S/WH&S

**More about you**
- 1-3 years' experience as a waiter in a professional services or high quality food and wine service
- Barista and coffee making experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment delivering premium service and offerings
- An ability to remain calm under pressure and easily adapt to last minute changes
- Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to liaise at all levels
- R.S.A. certificate
