Provide rostering and scheduling of Nurses, Allied Health professionals, Care Managers and Direct Care Workers and others to provide reliable and consistent services to home care clients which meets organisational and statutory compliance and ensures client outcomes are achieved to a high standard.

Ensure rosters and scheduling are logístically sound to minimise the cost to clients by maximising the workforce in the local area.

Assist with the recruitment, selection and orientation of Direct Care Workers.

Actively support and engage in continuous improvement by contributing ideas which support All Aged Care Values and Compliance Standards.

**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**

Admin/Roster Officer works closely with;
- HR Manager
- Care Coordinators, Registered Nurses, Allied Health Team
- Head Office Team
- Direct Care Workers
- Clients and families

**SELECTION CRITERIA**

**Essential**
- Current Federal Police check
- Ability to use technology
- Australian resident or Full working rights in Australia
- Double Vaccinated against Covid-19 and willing to have booster if this becomes mandated
- Annual Influenza Vaccination

**Desirable**:

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with rostering and scheduling within a community aged care organisation using rostering databases.
- Commitment to ensuring Client outcomes are achieved through logístically sound rostering practices.
- Proven ability to effectively liaise with Health/Aged Care professionals, Clients and Families
- High level communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to develop strong professional relationships.
- Demonstrated knowledge of continuous quality improvement practices and an ability to manage and implement initiatives
- Demonstrated high level experience using Rostering Care Systems and MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, plan and organize own work load with mínimal supervision and complete reports for Management.
- Ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures
- To be able to work in a team and also independently.
- A willingness to be flexible around phone calls and work times
- Be willing to undertake further training and education
- Willingness to work within the philosophies, policies and procedures of All Aged Care

**Salary**: $49,129.84 - $60,000.00 per year
