**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all areas.
- Oversee off-site operations and assist on-site staff and managers

**Team Management**:

- Manage staff scheduling, time tracking, and payroll. Supervise team members to promote high performance and conduct regular check-ins for professional development.

**Process Optimisation**:

- Monitor and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity throughout the main site locations

**Recruitment and Development**:

- Lead recruitment efforts and implement training programs to build and maintain a skilled team aligned with organisational objectives.

**Marketing Coordination**:

- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns and promotional strategies to support business goals.

Team Collaboration:

- Facilitate team meetings to promote a positive work environment and encourage open communication and collaboration.

**Patient Relations**:

- Manage patient service processes to address feedback and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

**Administrative Oversight**:

- Oversee administrative tasks, including record-keeping, billing, inventory management, and liaising with external partners and stakeholders.
