**Purpose of the role**

We are looking for a motivated and solutions focused individual to join our established and knowledgeable Finance team. This role is part-time approx. 20 hours per week.

This role is responsible for the debt collection of outstanding invoices to ensure funds are recovered in an appropriate manner, closing out relevant accounts and providing administrative support to the Accounts Receivable team. This role works alongside a team of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Accounting.

**Responsibilities**
- Process and allocate EFT’s to customer accounts
- Decommissioning of private and CIB customer accounts; ensuring payment and invoicing options are correctly established or terminated respectively for each client
- Processing of private and corporate remittances - allocating and posting to customer accounts

**Experience and Requirements**
- Experience with accounts receivable, ERP’s and data entry
- Ability to efficiently enter information to enable accurate generation of management accounts
- Customer service excellence with outstanding communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage own work objectives
- Ability to empathise with people and be responsive to client needs
