We’re seeking dedicated Food Service Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the patient care experience.

Your role
As a valued member of our Support Services team, you will be:
- Assisting patients with menu ordering- Preparing, delivering, and serving meals with care and attention to detail- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment for patients and staff- Assisting with general cleaning and cleaning of equipment, kitchen duties including assistance with stock management

About you
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, reliable, team-oriented and committed to safe practices and quality standards- Experienced in food service, cleaning, hospitality, or similar roles (preferable)- Hold a Food Handler’s Certificate (or willing to undertake at Cabrini)- Knowledgeable in culinary and nutritional terminology including diet codes (preferable)- Effective in interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive and professional working relationships
