**About the Venue**:
Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach is a premium 4.5-star resort style hotel overlooking the beautiful, white sandy beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands and Sydney's picturesque Botany Bay. The hotel is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and on track to be one of the best food & beverage, accommodation & event venues in NSW.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional dining and bar experiences to our guests. From greeting and seating guests to taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring tables are impeccably presented, you’ll bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Presenting menus and providing recommendations to guests
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience
- Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests
- Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is essential
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 - $38.70 per hour
