**About the role**

Your primary responsibility will be managing the day to day customer service requests from our clients. You’ll also support our product managers with researching and providing more complex solutions to existing clients, along with assisting with implementation administrative tasks for new clients. If you’re someone who enjoys analysing a problem and providing the most simple/efficient solution then this is the job for you

**Skills and experience required for this role**
- Tech savvy and experience with using fashion or warehouse/logistic software
- Previous experience working in a Fashion head office, warehouse, inventory management or logistics based environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. We’re looking for the problem solvers, not the delegators
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
- Confident personality, hands-on nature with an enthusiastic attitude
- Great team player and customer-focused attitude
- Strong understanding of fashion processes and day-to-day operations
- Attention to detail

**Skills and experience that is not essential but will be highly regarded**
- Shopify, Iconic Marketplace or JOOR
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
