**About the Position**
We are seeking a experienced Sales consultants to call warm leads, book online/face to face consultations, and close sales. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inbound Sales**: Call warm leads, establish connections, and book online consultations.
- **Online Sales**: Conduct online consultations and close sales effectively.
- **Lead Management**: Follow up on leads from various marketing campaigns to ensure a high conversion rate.
- **CRM Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on our product offerings to effectively address customer needs and objections.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in tele sales or online sales.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent English is essential.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive attitude.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM systems and online communication tools.
- **Motivation**: Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- **Availability**: Flexible working hours from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Must be available to visit customer in person.
- Must have reliable car (if needed to visit customer in person)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
