EIR Laboure Hire QLD are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team for an immediate start. We are currently going through an exceptional growth period EIR Labour Hire has been providing superior temporary workforce solutions since 2003 within predominately the Blue Collar sector.

Working in our Newstead based office, this role will be fast paced and will suit someone with a driven attitude that is preferably used to high volume recruitment or has transferrable skills from a busy and varied background. The successful individual will be required to work alongside experienced colleagues and can work autonomously as this will help enable you to develop your skills within a variety of industry sectors, resources, recruitment and management across a number of accounts.

The role will be reporting directly into the State Manager so we are looking for someone to hit the ground running

**What we are looking for**:
Experience in Blue Collar labour hire or recruitment is preferred, but not essential

Passionate, results driven and eagerness for growth

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a growing team

Have a driver’s license and vehicle as travel may be required from time to time

**Key Responsibilities**:
Writing job advertisements and advertising online across various platforms

Conducting of reference checks

Managing relationships with clients and hiring managers

Walk throughs at client sites for new starters

Database management and compliance

Management and adherence to work, health and safety
