As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for our employees. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our team.

**About the role** Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the facility, work areas, entry foyer and reception, cafe, kitchen, laundry, utility room, staff room, outdoor courtyard areas, cleaners' room, bathrooms/ staff toilets, rubbish removal, mopping and vacuuming, offices and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and appropriately.
- Undertake a regular cleaning/maintenance program.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance or restocking needs to the appropriate authority.
- Collaborate with staff to identify and address cleanliness concerns within the facility.
- Uphold the core values of Brite, ensuring everyone is treated with compassion, respect, and dignity.

**Qualifications and Experience.**
- Experience as Cleaner, preferably in working with people with all abilities.
- Understanding of best practices in maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Relevant experience in cleaning duties, including demonstrated use of cleaning chemicals and detergents, proper storage and disposal methods;
- Understanding of best practices in maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Pride in the appearance and presentation of our facilities;
- Self-motivated and has the ability to identify and complete cleaning tasks without direct supervision;
- Working right/visa in Australia.
