The Retirement Living Community Manager is responsible for creating a welcoming, enriching environment in a supportive community where residents can thrive and enjoy their retirement years to the fullest. This is achieved through the provision of excellent customer service, responding promptly to enquiries, and addressing resident needs efficiently and in a manner that has them feel valued and understood.
In this role you will provide leadership and management of community operations including financial management, human and material resources and internal and external services providers.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Previous experience in community, customer service, residential or property management
- Experience in Retirement Living/Aged Care/Property Management at a supervisory or management level
- Ability to develop and achieve budgets
- Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act
- Knowledge and understanding of current industry developments and standards
- Strong time management skills
