**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install a variety of 4WD accessories, including but not limited to:

- Bull bars, roof racks, and side steps
- Suspension upgrades and lift kits
- Lighting systems (LED bars, spotlights)
- Snorkels, winches, and recovery equipment
- Dual battery systems and electrical components
- UHF radios and communication systems
- Perform pre-installation inspections to ensure compatibility and fitment.
- Test and verify proper functionality of installed accessories.
- Collaborate with Sales Staff to understand the specific requirements of our customer
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to workplace health and safety standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the 4WD industry.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as an automotive accessories fitter or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Experience working with 4WD vehicles and aftermarket accessories is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
- Basic auto-electrical knowledge and skills are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A valid driver's license is required.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Training in automotive electrical systems is advantageous.
