**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Site Manager, we require **x1** Technical Supervisor to primarily be responsible for managing the service delivery and performance of our Fitter Trades team located on a state-of-the-art Australian Defence facility in Moorebank.

**Hours of work**
- Monday to Thursday: 7am to 3:45pm
- Friday: 7am to 12pm

**Could you be our next Technical Supervisor?**
- Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain an Australian Defence Clearance
- Certificate IV in a Mechanical Engineering or Fitting and Machinist trade
- Current Australian open driver licence for manual, medium rigid and heavy rigid (MR/HR) classes of vehicles
- Demonstrated ability and practical experience in leadership of a maintenance team, management of maintenance activities, technical investigation, quality audits and technical inspections
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills, people management, and client interface
- Sound understanding of work, health and safety, security and environmental obligations in an industrial/maintenance environment to ensure compliance to legislative requirements
