**About Role**

Provide leadership for the day-to-day store persons activities of the NPDC in conjunction with the NPDC Warehouse Supervisor. The Team Leader will be part of a team responsible for the correct and timely supply of parts to the National Branch Network.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Lead the NPDC store persons team and control manning levels with weekly rotation roster to ensure adequate resources exist to complete all tasks.
- Assist with the receipt, processing and despatch of all goods through NPDC parts operations. Crosscheck and approve all parts invoices,
- Assist and co-ordinate, undertake and reconcile cycle Stocktakes.
- Maintain supply of part replenishment to Sydney field service technicians, Refurb department, branches and workshop.
- Maintain and develop safe working practices and procedures for all NPDC parts functions.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in Warehousing or Supply Chain & Logistics
- Sound computer knowledge, i.e. word, excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with automation, RF scanning, pick to voice and vertical storage systems.
- Previous experience in supply chain and logistics industries
- Strong customer focus
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Order Picker, Hi-reach Forklift and working at heights
