**The role**:
Reporting to the Program Director, you will be responsible for leading the technical planning, design, and development of highly complex cyber security solutions and infrastructure for the Cyber Security Program

**Key Duties will include**:

- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS values as outlined above.
- Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Oversee and lead the design and implementation of technical firewall, web gateway and MFA security solutions, ensuring alignment with best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.
- Oversee and lead the assessment, analysis, development, publication, implementation and compliance of all program/project(s) deliverables and related standards and procedures at an enterprise level.
- Lead and manage the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of large complex IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations.
- Oversees and manage a team of specialist technical resources.

- Windows and Unix Server Management
- Workforce Identity and Privileged Identity Management solutions
- SIEM and SOAR technologies
- Cisco and Checkpoint Firewalls
- Proxy Solutions and Clean Internet Filtering
- Testing Frameworks and Reporting Tools such as Splunk
- Essential Eight and Critical Infrastructure Bill
- Patching and Vulnerability Management Systems
- Visual studio and Microsoft DevOps toolset
- Secure interfacing technologies (Web Services, REST)
- Cloud Technologies (e.g AWS, Azure)
