**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Program Analyst to support the Manager in the analysis, monitoring and reporting of program performance

**About the Role**
- Provide specialist support and analysis regarding program and project analysis.
- Engage with the business to build capability and understanding across projects and program analysis and implement project and program reviews
- Implement methodologies, systems, processes, and frameworks to review and evaluate the performance of infrastructure projects
- Track organisational commitments against agreed targets to support critical decision making across the programs.
- Review program and project status to ensure that program objectives are being met
- Provide support by liaising with the Branch/Unit Managers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of programs

**About You**
- Experience in project and program management, including an understanding of program structures.
- Demonstrated ability to critically assess and examine information prepared by others and present the information logically and coherently
- Previous government experience desirable
