Position: Program Analyst - Capital Works
- Pay Rate: $80 - $100 Per Hour + Super
- Initial 6 Month Contract
- **About the role**:
To provide advice and support in the management and reporting of Shire Infrastructure programs/projects across all business units and the management of Shire Infrastructure’s project tracking and reporting tool, to support the delivery, financial management and reporting of programs/projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote positive liaison between Infrastructure and Corporate Services Divisions.
- Support divisional staff in the effective use of project reporting tool
- Provision of efficient reporting tools for effective decision making
- Provide program budget development and financial management advice
- Identify and report program/project variances, adjust forecasts and priorities
- Support business systems to enable program management methodology and reporting
- Identify improvements to business processes
- Contribute to the development of project business cases
- Conduct financial and quality assurance reviews on projects, cost ledgers and accounts

**Key Skills**:

- Degree level qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent Project Management.
- Current Class C Driver’s License.
- **Local Government experience - Highly Advantageous
