**Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and well organised Finance & Administration Assistant to join our highly successful and market leading Residential team.

In this fast-paced role, you will be based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom, you will assist with administrative and financial tasks for some of Melbourne's most sought-after residential projects from launch to completion, as well as assisting with any ad hoc office administrative tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Processing the daily banking and receipting for the Residential division
- Liaise with solicitors regarding sale documentation as requested and general correspondence, and contract status
- Invoicing and processing supplier payments
- Processing Contracts of Sale
- Assist in the maintaining of filing and data entry
- Assist with other administrative duties and reception cover as required

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills:

- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in office administrative or team support within the property or legal sector
- Ability to work in faced paced, high-stakes environment
- Ability to prioritise, deal with several matters and work to strict deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Common sense approach to problem solving
