**Canterbury Tyre & Mag Supamart** is a family owned and operated wheel and tyre retailer and wholesaler. We offer an extensive range of new and used wheels and tyres, and are Australia’s destination for old school wheels and tyres, and the people behind Center Line and CTM Muscle wheel brands.

We have been in business for more than 30 years and our mission is to make it easy for enthusiasts to restore, modify, maintain and personalise their cars. We are a small ‘hands on’ team that rolls up our sleeves and gets our hands dirty everyday.

As our business continues to evolve to the way our customers shop we are looking for an additional **Omni Channel Sales Consultant** to help us unlock further sales growth underlined by superior customer service.

To be successful in this role you will be:

- Autonomous and goal orientated
- Entrepreneurial with a comfort for ambiguity
- Passionate about great customer service
- Interested (ideally a passionate) in cars, in-particular old school, classic and muscle cars
- A problem solver with the ability for solution based selling
- A good negotiator
- A strong communicator and rapport builder
- Digitally minded
- A holder of a valid drivers license

What the role entails:

- Managing inbound enquiries including showroom walk in, phone and online
- Managing our sales listings on key marketplace and social selling platforms
- Maximising every sales opportunity to achieve sales and profit targets
- Workflow management ensuring customer orders and jobs are completed in a timely manner to the highest standard
- Building customer loyalty and repeat business
- Product merchandising in our retail showroom
- Building and maintaining product knowledge
- Periodic vehicle pick up and delivery
- Teamwork, Respect & Ownership

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $69,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
