About the role

You will:
- undertake required customisations according to the scope and the schedule of work;- support IT projects and perform operational support to ensure Dynamics CRM, Power Page Portals and the UAS operate effectively;- support IT projects by implementing and testing software patches and upgrades prior to release; and- ensure solutions meet or exceed stakeholder expectations and adhere to technical standards.

About you

You will possess:
- extensive experience in design, development, and support of solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform and associated technologies;- experience providing operational support and troubleshooting of complex technical issues within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform;- experience implementing, administering, configuring, securing, and enhancing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems; and- design skills and a high level of expertise in complex systems analysis and design for development of solutions.
