**About The Role**

In this newly created role, you will provide direct support to Immutable's Co-Founders, contributing to the success of the business's strategic and operational aspects while making a meaningful impact on their lives. This position presents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic environment of a high-growth tech startup and play a crucial role in shaping its future.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Personal Assistant or Team Assistant who excels in fast-paced environments and is enthusiastic about supporting our visionary leaders at Immutable.

**You’ll Be Empowered To**:

- Contribute to operational efficiency by refining existing processes and participating in the development of new strategies
- Coordinate events, offsites, and travel arrangements for Co-Founders and the broader Executive team as required
- Manage personal finances and accounting needs with the Co-Founders and external firms
- Tackling various ad-hoc tasks that arise
- Collaborate in crafting visually engaging slide decks, reports and documents as needed

**We'd Love You To Bring**:

- 2-5+ years experience as a Personal or Team Assistant
- Experience as a top performer with high integrity in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
- The ability to work across the week suiting founder needs (early morning and evening tasks as needed) and work flexibly
- The ability to work in the Sydney office multiple days a week or as required

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience supporting founders in a PA capacity, previously highly regarded
