**About the Role**

TCWA are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our busy and high performing Guilford branch. This report will see you reporting to the General Manager and responsible for assisting with the management of the daily workshop operations and providing key administrative support to the team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Daily management of workshop planner and job scheduling
- Assisting with labour quotes
- Management of technician job clock in's/ off's and making adjustments as required
- Reviewing approved leave requests and updating workshop planner with technician availability
- Assisting with workshop OSH procedures and reporting
- Assisting with organising maintenance of facilities and tool replacements
- Taking minutes at Toolbox meetings
- Assisting in the Service department with administrative tasks as required

- Previous exposure and experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, excel an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organisation and time management skills
