In this role, you will help drive internal communication activities that promote our strategy, build our brand, and inspire our team to achieve great things for our members. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that communications are timely, well-targeted, and aligned with ART"s vision. Key accountabilities will include: - Advise on best practice use of internal channels and execute internal communication plans for key initiatives. - Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to deliver communications that consider risks and opportunities, build our brand, and inspire our team to achieve our vision. - Create engaging content for enterprise communications channels that is timely, well-targeted, and aligned with our strategic vision. - Provide support for a range of events, both in-person, digital or hybrid. - Collaborate with the broader Strategic Communications team to develop an aligned internal and external narrative, key messaging, and communications approach. - Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of communication activities to allow for continuous improvement. This role is available as an initial **nine month max-term/ secondment** opportunity and offers the flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. **About you** If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include: - Experience in a communications role, including experience in managing hybrid channels. - Ability to sensitively manage confidential issues with discretion. - Strong written and verbal communications skills. - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and requirements. - Strong team building skills. - Highly developed problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience using Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Zoom. **About us** As one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds, we proudly take care of over $240 billion in retirement savings.
