The City of Perth is seeking an experienced Leasing and Development Manager to provide specialist and technical advice. This role will support the Alliance Manager Properties to manage the leasing, licensing and development of Council owned and managed properties.

As the Leasing and Development Manager, you will support the City by:

- Creating growth strategies and plans to maximise the City’s property portfolio.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of leasing and development activity.
- Managing strategic property projects, including developing detailed drawings, costings, financial feasibility and business cases.
- Coordinating and managing project consultants.
- Preparing and implementing project budgets and ensuring the projects and associated activities are consistent with budgets and resources allocated.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for sales and leasing agents.

To succeed in this role, you will have a high-level customer service interface with both internal and external customers, including private landowners, tenants and leasing agents.
