We are seeking dynamic and engaging Turf Management Specialists to join our client's team in the Bibra Lake area. Our client is an established commercial landscaping business and they are growing
If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in turf care and possess the below requirements, we would like to hear from you
This role is on a permanent, full time basis working Monday to Friday from 6:30 am - 2:30 pm.
The role is 100% on the tools and reporting to the Turf Maintenance Manager.
The duties of the role:
- Maintain and improve turf areas for various clients
- Perform routine turf care tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and weed control
- Monitor soil health and implement effective irrigation and pest management strategies
- Operate and maintain turf management equipment
- Assess site conditions and recommend improvements to enhance turf quality
- Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project goals
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
About you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in turf care
- Proficiency in operating brush cutter, hedge trimmer, backpack blower, lawn edger, ride-on mower, and a variety of other turf maintenance equipment
- Experience in chemical handling and weed spraying
- Supervisory experience desirable
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in turf care
- Valid and clean 'MR' class or higher drivers license
- Construction white card
- BWTM/TC
- Basic Pest Management Technician license
- Horticultural cert 3 or higher
