We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic **Sales Assistant** to join the team based in** Woolloongabba**, Queensland** on a **full-time basis**. You will report to Group Manager and enjoy working in this busy store and love the flexible hours No previous paint or hardware knowledge is expected, as full product training will be provided on the job. What we're looking for is someone who is passionate about customer service and is looking to broaden their career.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service and establish relationships with our customers.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager, Store team & Trade team to improve sales potential within the store.
- You can work in a fast-paced environment that sees you change direction frequently throughout the day.
- Merchandise and replenish stock promptly and ensure it is presented well.

**Qualifications**
- Previous retail assistant experience with the desire to provide excellent customer service to our growing customer base. You won't be afraid to be hands-on daily in the store.
- Keen to learn new skills and have an invested interest to build your expertise on our products.
- You will also be an outstanding teammate who can cope with our environment.
- A keen eye for detail, taking pride in the presentation of your store - run it as you own it.
- You will have the flexibility to work on a roster between the hours of 6:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 7.00-11.30.
- You will be comfortable with manual handling as part of your normal day. For example - lifting heavy paint tins (up to 32kgs), pushing, and pulling trolleys, standing for long periods, kneeling.
- You will also have a valid driver's license to assist with store deliveries.
