**Attention all beach-loving, fashion-savvy managers Seafolly Australia is on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic leader to join our team and assist in running our DFO Alexandria store.**

You'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in visual merchandising, inventory management, staff training and development, customer service, and sales strategies. You'll be a positive leader with a passion for customer service while fostering an inclusive and exciting working environment for your team.

This role is for someone eager to develop their retail management career and skills.

**You will**:

- Lead and motivate your teams to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture
- Train your teams to deliver exceptional customer service and styling
- Ensure your stores consistently meet the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards
- Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock and financial management
- Go the extra mile to ensure your customers feel empowered and confident in their purchase
- Mentor & motivate your team to embrace the Seafolly brand and lifestyle

**You have**:

- Previous experience in the fashion retail industry, preferably as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role
- Proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success
- Show exceptional people skills and a positive attitude
- Have a love of collaborative teamwork and growing with your team
- Bring your love for Seafolly fashion, the beach, and all things summer
- A passion for customer service and building strong relationships
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A creative eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
