**Our Distribution team**

Getting the products we love into the hands of happy customers is what we do best, from the remote countryside to coastal towns and big cities and everywhere in between. As you know, our distribution teams play a big role in our business.

You'll be joining a highly motivated team that prides itself on having a super-fast supply chain network unloading, sorting, and sending products out to the store network.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Facilities Manager in our Distribution Centre you’ll:

- Maintain a high level of knowledge of supply chain business processes and systems
- Maintain technical knowledge of automation solutions including maintenance, safety and quality plans
- Remain knowledgeable of the latest supply chain and automation trends
- Have the skills and experience to be able to undertake minor repairs and complete basic maintenance activities as required at the facility and to machinery to ensure they remain operational, noting that repairs are to be within the scope and capability of the individual and in line with their qualifications / trade / licenses
- Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules and ensure work is completed
- Manage all maintenance schedules and job requests and track through to completion
- Manage expenditure against budget

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Diligent, good attention to detail, and organised
- High mechanical aptitude
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in site maintenance in a large manufacturing or warehouse operation
- Expereince utilising technical trade skills
