**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**: Processing and managing accounts payable transactions.
- **Invoicing**: Preparing and sending invoices to clients.
- **Production Bookkeeping**: Handling the financial aspects of film production, including tracking expenses and budgets.
- **Payroll (Leave Cover)**: Assisting with payroll functions (mainly to cover accountant leave).

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with **XERO Accounting Software** (required).
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
- A solid work ethic and self-motivation—this is not a clock-watching role
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Location**: Office-based in the **Byron Bay Industrial Estate**.
- **Schedule**: 2-3 days per week in the office (flexible hours and days, negotiable).
- **Work Environment**: A collaborative and dynamic office, where your contributions truly make an impact.

**Desirable (but not required)**:

- Experience in the **film industry** or with production-specific bookkeeping.
