Our client, a leader in their field, are looking for an experienced Supply Chain specialist with strong Customer Service skills to work within between the two departments to provide knowledge and information relevant to the success of the business.

The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Internal and external stakeholder management including the Key Accounts Team, Purchasing, Logistics and Operations
- Forecasting, ordering and pricing of products
- Dispatch management including delivery and transport optimisation
- Handling customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Create and present supply and demand data
- Manage SKU Masterdata
- Identify supply and demand trends and anomalies
- Process new purchase orders and amend sales orders as required
- Actively collaborative with internal departments and customers to manage delivery issues

To be successful in this role you will have proven supply and demand experience, exceptional customer service skills, able to work autonomous, SAP experience and strong Excel skills and be highly analytical.

This role is a full-time position with WFH arrangements.
