**About the Role**

Working within the ROC II or the Return to Work team with your own portfolio of low risk long term claims. Working as part of a collaborative team, Technical support and learning for those looking for career progression and growth.
- Managing weekly payment of entitlements
- Data entry for individual claims portfolios
- Dealing with high risk calls with patients
- Responsible for processing claims requests, in adherence to the policies, laws, and regulations of the company involved
- CIP (Community Integration Program) Claims

**Required Expertise**
- Customer service experience within a medical or corporate environment
- Strong written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with patients, medical, paramedical and legal practitioners
- Sensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural and social needs
- Technically capable of working across multiple platforms and being self sufficient with technology and troubleshooting systems
- Processing abilities - claims management activities, eg. file noting
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing, sometimes high-pressured environment
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
