**Your new role**

You’ll contribute to the development and implementation of People and Culture activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and inclusive employment. Your new role will work across Council to provide advice and guidance to hiring managers with sourcing talent using various online methods to ensure best practices. They will partner and collaborate with key external stakeholders to bring our Inclusive Recruitment Strategies to life.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive recruitment experience (Minimum 3 years plus)
- Great stakeholder management across all levels of recruitment e.g., Graduates up to Executives
- Experience with graduate or apprenticeship programs (desirable)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to discuss and resolve problems and gain cooperation and assistance from others.
- A strong customer service focus with the ability to consult with clients and respond flexibly to changes in priorities.
