**About the Role**:
**Key responsibilities of the role**:
- Actively collaborating with the leadership team and school staff for alignment in curriculum, assessment and moderation for all students;
- Leadership of whole-school approach to inclusion and inclusive practices;
- Enactment of Instructional Leadership within the school in PLT Professional Learning Teams, Beginning and Early Careers teachers, Collegial Engagement Framework, Professional Learning Opportunities (including Student Free Days);
- Engaging families to play an active role in their child's learning and wellbeing;
- Playing a significant role in nurturing relationships and wellbeing so students, staff and community are safe, valued, respected and belong to our learning community;
- Continuous learning/re-learning and professional improvement aligned to school culture.
This role is an important member of our school Leadership Team and will report directly to the Principal.
