**How will I help?**

At the Westpac Group we have an ongoing commitment to doing the right thing and implementing a culture that brings our core values to life in our behaviours and the way we operate. This commitment is supported by our approach to the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) and our Group frameworks and policies relating to accountability and responsibility throughout Westpac.

This role sits within the Group Accountability Team. We partner with key stakeholders across the Group to embed accountability within our culture - ultimately helping employees to be clear on their roles and make more efficient and effective decisions.

- Developing materials and communications (in collaboration with relevant stakeholders) to support awareness and embedding of Accountability at Westpac - including the shift towards recognising positive risk behaviours
- Build capability of our leaders to practice accountability behaviours
- Ongoing stakeholder management to ensure we are delivering consistent Accountability messaging and sentiment
- Partnering with the Accountability Operations Lead on optimisation activities to ensure alignment with our capability and engagement strategy.
