**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:Responsible for supporting the daily operational management of the Patient Services Team including inpatient and outpatient services. They will share with the Manager Patient Services the responsibility for sound rostering of staff and the understanding and oversight of the private and ineligible for Medicare patient accounts and processes at Mercy Hospital for Women. The role has a focus on data quality working with the various IT systems and administrative processes which involves training and education as required.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role and staff management
- Advanced computer and training skills highly desirable
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills, understands regulatory requirements,
