Your love for this role would include but not limited to:

- Handling and recording all consumer enquiries and complaints relating to product faults, nutrition, marketing, sales and general product and company information.
- Providing feedback to consumer and internal partners to enhance the process of continuous improvement.

To thrive and be successful you will have a great customer service focus within a similar role, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have an understanding in the handling of consumer complaints to ensure a high level of consumer experience where your professional interpersonal and listening skills will shine. Coupled with this, problem solving and negotiation skills will be your forte and thinking outside the square will come easy
This role is suited to those who have a brilliant aptitude for dealing with people You will need to deal with complaints and enquiries on an ongoing basis - so resilience is key.
