**Position Overview**:
CBC Facilities Maintenance is currently seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team in Brisbane. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Operations Manager and Facilities Coordinators, by ensuring seamless coordination of work order requests. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual with a passion for efficiency and teamwork to contribute to CBC's continued success. The office is based in Banyo, Brisbane.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Facilities Coordinator to enter work orders into the system
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, including creation, tracking, and completion
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to outstanding work orders
**Skills required**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable, and it is advantageous if you have knowledge of ‘Trade services”
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
