Fast Food Worker/kitchan Hand/ Sushi Roller

We are searching for friendly and professional **Fast Food Cashier** (customer Service) to join our restaurant staff. As the first point of contact, you’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

Employees will be expected to:

- Engage in high level customer service, pro-active system engagement and high level of food standard.
- Deliver a memorable customer experience at every touch point
- Support all aspects of food preparation, quality control and food display
- Prepare specialty products
- Take orders and handle cash and POS Systems
- Ensure knowledge and practice of food safety techniques, storage and labelling at all times
- Maintain a clean and hygienic shop front
- Participate in daily operations including setup and clean down of service areas
- Support your team in the overall day-to-day running of the outlet ensuring superior customer service, smooth operations and a positive work environment
- Ensure and promote safe work practices, by identifying and reporting to the Shift Supervisor/Manager any potential safety hazards and any team member or customer incidents
- Follows safe Food Handling and Preparation procedures
- Follows all HR Policies & Procedures

**In addition we are also looking for a sushi roller and a kitchen hand**, such people are expected to be:
Experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic to join our busy store. Due to the quick nature of the environment we work in we expect future employees to work cooperatively with others, to complete their expected tasks, and to act responsibly in accordance to their role.

Applicants must be punctual, organised and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

In terms of **sushi rollers**, they are expected arrive on site and begin working in the early mornings. Further training will be provided in order to train successful applicants for the TSK sushi roller position.

Sushi rollers must have:

- Sashimi cutting skills and sushi making skills.
- Engagement with, and have high level of food standard.
- Support all aspects of food preparation, quality control and food display
- Prepare specialty products
- Ensure knowledge and practice of food safety techniques, storage and labelling at all times
- Maintain sushi rolling area as sushi machine in a clean and hygienic manner
- Participate in daily operations including setup and clean down of sushi area and sushi rolling machine
- Support your team in the overall day-to-day running of the outlet ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment
- Ensure and promote safe work practices, by identifying and reporting to the Shift Supervisor/Manager of any potential safety hazards and any team member(s) or customer incidents
- Follows safe Food Handling and Preparation procedures
- Follows all HR Policies & Procedures

**Kitchen hand**

Kitchen hand staff are expected to arrive early to prepare the various components needed to prepare our dishes. They are expected to be punctual, cooperative, responsible, and capable of functioning in a high demand high speed environment.

They must have the following:

- Engagement with, and have high level of food standard.
- Support all aspects of food preparation, quality control and food display
- Prepare specialty products
- Ensure knowledge and practice of food safety techniques, storage and labelling at all times
- Maintain work area in a clean and hygienic manner
- Participate in daily operations including setup and clean down of sushi area and sushi rolling machine
- Support your team in the overall day-to-day running of the outlet ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment
- Ensure and promote safe work practices, by identifying and reporting to the Shift Supervisor/Manager of any potential safety hazards and any team member(s) or customer incidents
- Follows safe Food Handling and Preparation procedures
- Follows all HR Policies & Procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
