TSK Lilydale is a fast paced working environment located at Lilydale Marketplace shopping centre.

TSK Lilydale is currently seeking a kitchen hand and sushi roller the applicant must be motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our already established team.

Successful applicants will be expected to engage in high level customer service, pro-active system engagement and high level of food standard.

Applicants must
- Deliver a memorable customer experience at every touch point
- Support all aspects of food preparation, quality control and food display
- Prepare and serve specialty products and beverages
- Take orders and handle cash and POS Systems
- Ensure knowledge and practice of food safety techniques, storage and labelling at all times
- Maintain kitchen and food storage areas in a clean and hygienic condition
- Participate in daily operations including setup and clean down of service areas and all kitchen sections
- Support your team in the overall day-to-day running of the outlet ensuring superior customer service, smooth operations and a positive work environment
- Ensure and promote safe work practices, by identifying and reporting to the Shift Supervisor/Café Manager any potential safety hazards and any team member or customer incidents
- Follows safe Food Handling and Preparation procedures
- Follows all HR Policies & Procedures

Part-time hours: 15-38 per week
